3. All gifts will be shipped in closed position to insure prompt, safe delivery.
4. All merchandise is subject to inventory availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions using items of comparable or greater value. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests to substitute or delete ingredients from catalog arrangements.
5. Russ and Martin is not responsible for printing or composition errors.
6. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Redelivery charges will be applied to all orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect information.
7. Unless specified, Russ and Martin will choose the most economical delivery means possible on holiday orders. We also reserve the right at busy periods to send local deliveries via carrier service at no additional charge.
